Mr. Leung, former Director of MVA, is our founder and CEO. He is specialized in transport planning, engineering and other related research. He has broad experiences in all aspects of engineering and planning works including but not limited to highway engineering and design, traffic engineering, transport and town planning, pavement and drainage engineering, building and bridge structures. He has been involved in many major infrastructure projects in Hong Kong for at least 35 years ranging from planning, feasibility studies, design and implementation.
Mr. Mak, former Associate of MVA, is our Director. He has more than 28 years of experience in a variety of traffic and transport related projects in both private and public sectors. He has extensive experiences in carrying out traffic and pedestrians impact assessments, traffic demand forecast studies, road improvement feasibility studies, survey and transport analysis. He is also experienced in implementing traffic engineering designs, traffic management scheme designs and application of excavation permit.
